Vertical Blinds
Versatile light control for sliding doors and large windows. Made-to-measure vertical blinds for homes and offices in Pretoria East & Centurion
Versatile Light Control
Vertical blinds are a practical, stylish choice for homes and offices alike. They're made of individual fabric vanes that you can tilt to fine-tune the light, or draw aside completely to clear the opening.
That makes them the perfect cover for large openings like sliding doors and wide window banks, with a clean, modern look. Choose from a soft fabric through to a durable PVC for total blockout, many in a choice of 127mm or 90mm vanes.
- Up to 5200mm wide and 3000mm drop
- 127mm vanes, with 90mm on selected fabrics
- 17 fabrics in 141 colours

Vertical Blind FAQs
Are vertical blinds good for sliding doors?
Yes. Vertical blinds are one of the best choices for sliding doors and large window banks. The vanes draw aside to clear the opening and tilt to control light, and a single blind can be up to 5200mm wide.
What is the difference between 90mm and 127mm vanes?
127mm vanes are our standard and suit most windows and doors. Some fabrics are also available in a narrower 90mm vane, which gives a finer look on smaller windows.
Which vertical blind fabric is best for a bedroom?
Choose one of our blockout fabrics, such as Ambient Blockout, Nash Blockout, Arctic Blockout, New Sheen Blockout or Carina Blockout. They stop light completely for total privacy.
Which way can vertical blinds open?
The vanes can stack to the left, to the right or in the centre, or split and open from the centre to both sides. The control can be on the left or the right.
How big can a vertical blind be?
Vertical blinds can be made from 500mm up to 5200mm wide and from 500mm up to 3000mm high, and can be recess or face fixed.
Are vertical blinds still in style?
Yes. Vertical blinds peaked in popularity in the 1980s and 1990s, but they remain a popular choice today because they are so versatile, and modern fabrics give them a fresh, contemporary look.
